About Us

Providing Professional Workmanship, One Job At A Time

Our Mission

It is our goal to provide professional workmanship, using only quality products, at reasonable prices with outstanding customer service.

Hi! We are Mike & Dee Josey!

Together we are combining 40 years of experience in the construction/contracting industry with 30 years of experience in the office administration and customer care industry to bring you Sir Fix A Lot Inc, “The King of Small Jobs”.

Not only are we excited about building and fixing things, but as homeowners ourselves, along with being proud parents and grandparents, we understand the importance of having a well functioning, efficient, and safe home as we transition through the many stages of our lives.

Mike’s 40 year career started as a certified plumber and grew into a busy building/contractor business, where he learned every aspect about all of the trades in order to be able to do as much as possible himself. He was recognized by the province of Nova Scotia as a recipient of a Home Award in 1995 “for his excellence in housing design, construction, renovation, restoration, and energy conservation”. Mike is HRAI certified in air exchanger systems installation and repairs, and over the years has also been trained as an Energuide energy advisor as well as an aging in place specialist.

We are located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and proudly serving the HRM.

We can do a lot in an hour, so bundle a few small jobs together and let the Sir Fix A Lot team take care of it for you! We look forward to hearing from you.
